Naved Jafry Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Jafry graduated from Bishop School in India with a major in organizational commerce. He is former Vice-President of Acquisitions for Abbasali Group of Bombay, India, a property development and construction company. He was a key executive for Gem Key International, a diamond and jewelry marketing company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Mr. Jafry was a founding partner in Marakenelo Hotel Group with operations in Gabarone, Botswana, South Africa .He was responsible for the acquisition and development of hotel projects from inception through the initial public offering (IPO) on the Botswana Stock Exchange. He has also been a gas station investor in Houston, Texas. Coming from a family of decorated diplomats and politicians, Mr. Jafry has strong diplomatic and political relationships in major feedstock producing countries and regions like India, Southern and East Africa, Middle East and South East Asia, and is an established farmer with access to large tracts of agricultural and industrial land in the state of Maharashtra in India.

Richard M. Greenwood President and CEO

Mr. Greenwood has over 25 years of management experience in the consumer and financial services industry, including senior executive positions at some of the nation's largest financial institutions. He held various treasury-related positions at Citibank, where he was Treasurer for the USA consumer business and the bank's European and African consumer banking group, representing businesses in sixteen countries. Greenwood was also the CFO of California Federal Bank and Valley National Bank. As CEO of Bank Plus/Fidelity Federal Bank, he implemented a recapitalization and turnaround of the bank. Mr. Greenwood served as President & CEO of Predictive Data, Inc., a privately held company, from 1999 - 2000, and was President & CEO of Hagenuk CPS/USA, a privately held manufacturer and distributor of Web phones and smart card systems and technologies from 2000 - 2002. From 2002 until joining ALO Investments, LLC, he was involved in the formation of several start-up ventures to commercialize an Internet-enabled video telephone device ("Webphone"); this included serving as a director and President of BICO, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, from November 2004 until August 2006. Since then, Mr. Greenwood has been a partner in ALO Investments, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

C. Kevin Moore, CPA Executive Vice-President and CFO

Mr. Moore is a Graduate of the State University of New York with a major in Accounting and Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is former Vice-President Finance of TexKy Resources Limited, a company established as a power generation and operating company for project development in the Middle East regions. Mr. Moore was founder of Kebert Energy Systems, Inc., a company engaged in consulting and development and marketing of business application software directly related to the energy sector industries. Mr. Moore was for six years Vice-President Finance for an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. As a CPA, Mr. Moore worked nine years as an Audit Manager for the international public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse.

Ronald M. Hall, B.S., ChE, MBA, J.D. Director

Mr. Hall has a law degree from South Texas College, and has obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is former President of Biles & Associates, Inc., a provider of data management solutions to the process industries. As such, he determined strategic positioning against market leaders during critical product transition and restructured the sales and engineering organizations for optimal customer responsiveness. Mr. Hall was also President/owner of Data Ron, Inc., a marketing and consulting company with specialization in computers and the technical industries. Previously, Mr. Hall managed a heat exchanger manufacturing plant.

Amir Pirzada Vice-President – Operations

Mr. Pirzada has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Southern University. Mr. Pirzada has fifteen years experience in the gas station and convenient store industry, having owned retail chains. Mr. Pirzada is also a real estate investor and owns an investment company called Ayra Properties & Investments, which acquires business properties for the oil and gas industry. He previously worked in accounting for Houston Airport Systems and The City of Houston Revenue Control department.

Anuj A. Shah, M.A., Ph.D., J.D. Outside Counsel

Anuj A. Shah, Ph.D., has represented and counseled both individual and business clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, in his varied legal career. Mr. Shah was a founding member in 2007 of Skadden, Woo, Shah & Azimpoor, PLLC, a law firm dealing in all aspects of domestic and international transactional law.  Before founding Skadden, Woo, Shah & Azimpoor, PLLC, Mr. Shah held positions as an associate in the Energy Regulatory section of the Houston office of the international law firm, Vinson & Elkins, LLP, as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Marcia A. Crone in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and as a founding member of Jacobson & Shah, PLLC. Currently, Mr. Shah's practice includes representing individuals and business enterprises in a wide range of immigration matters. Mr. Shah is active in the legal and Greater Houston communities and, along with being a certified mediator, is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, the Texas State Bar's International Law Section, the Asian-American Bar Association, the South Asian-American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Jerry Hobby Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer

Jerry Hobby has over twenty five years experience in information technology.  He has provided technology leadership for several Fortune 100 companies including Continental Airlines, American Airlines, Sabre, FMC, Dow Chemical, and EDS.  He has a proven track record in implementing forward-thinking solutions to information technology challenges.  

Yasir Aziz Vice-President – Operations 

Mr. Aziz has a Masters Degree from the University of Balochistan. He manages the daily operations of gas stations & retail shops in the Houston area. He has demonstrated abilities to manage and develop from ground up several retail units and maintain strong market and supply relationships both in the US and international locations. Previously he was Vice President of Operations for Al Fatah Medical Centre and Medimark Pharmaceuticals.

Sayed L. Baghdadi Vice-President - Administrative/Operations

Mr. Baghdadi has a Bachelors degree from the Government College of Karachi, Pakistan.  For the last eighteen years Mr. Baghdadi  has Managed/Owned/Operated companies franchised by CITGO, Shell, Fina,  Phillips 66, Pizza Hut, Church’s Chicken and Chick n’ Wings. His vast management and administrative skills will manage our many facilities.
